HOW I WORK
Becoming fit, building a routine, mental resilience, focus, more self-esteem, gaining muscle or sleeping better. There are many reasons to start working out. No matter what your motive is, I built a plan that is adapted to your needs.
My approach? Pushing you outside your comfort zone while having a lot of fun and smiles in the meantime. Weightlifting can be pretty intimidating in the beginning — trust me, we’ve all been there — but I’m here to share my positive energy and motivate you to reach your goals in and outside the fitness.
